50th Reunion Commentary: I returned to Washington State in 1996, after 37 years in California 's Bay Area. I am semi-retired after successive careers in teaching, urban planning and city administration. I do occasional consulting now as a writer and editor. Mel and I have been marries for 42 years and have one son and one daughter-in-law. Gardening, travel, serving on the boards of several community organizations, and making new friends on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula keeps me busy and happy.

50th Reunion Commentary: I have been married 47½ years to Pat. I met him at work way back in 1954. We have four children and five grandchildren, two of whom are in college. We lived in Columbus , Ohio for eleven years and now live in the Los Angeles area. Pat and I like to travel. We've been to Australia , Ireland , Italy , Scotland , England , Tahiti and Greece . We have been on seven cruises, my favorite was to the Scandinavian countries. Our very first cruise was on our 25th anniversary through the Panama Canal . I was hooked from then on. I am an avid tennis player (doubles only), and enjoy a good game of bridge. I love the computer and my sister and I email each other several times a day.

50th Reunion Commentary: I went to work at Pacific Northwest Bell 2 weeks out of high school. Worked for 30 years and retired. I was the only retiree at our 30th reunion. Had a house in Kent for 28 years and recently moved to Des Moines at Huntington Park adult community. I spend my leisure time playing tennis and golf and visiting my sister in California . I volunteer at the Kent Police Dept. and am an avid M's & Seahawk fan. I have been single all my life.

50th Reunion Commentary: I'm in good health. Married 30 years to my first wife, we have two great daughters, Laura and Karen and two granddaughters, Dana and Claire. My pastimes are music (listening), hiking and cars. My career has been Information Technology, starting at Assoc. Grocers while still at Highline, then Boeing, and then the Army. I graduated from UW and worked 22 years for GE in Syracuse . When GE closed it's mainframe operation, I went to the Bay Area for 4 years, followed a friend to Atlanta and have been here 10 years. Plan to move to Phoenix until I decide to retire.
